Step by Step Guide On How To Submit Your Cards For Grading

1 - Place your order

Place an order via our shop for whichever grading service you require. This will then give you the order number that you require for step 2.

 

2 - Fill in a Grading Submission Form

Fill in a Grading Submission Form, entering all of the details required plus your order number. Once you have checked that all details are correct, click send.

 

3 - Send your card(s) to us

Once you have completed your order and submission form, you will receive an email detailing where to send your card(s) and advice on how to package them securely. Shipping at this stage is paid by the customer. We advise to use a recorded delivery service as total grading cannot be liable for lost cards before they have been received.

 

4 - Wait for grading process to be completed

Finally await your cards to be graded according to the service selected. Once the grading process is complete, we will contact you via email to arrange shipping back to you. Please note that shipping at initial checkout is used to cover this delivery. Any services ordered with a value of £30 or more will receive Free shipping at this stage.
